Barry of Search Engine Roundtable, with a little help from search engine team at AskJeeves, proposed to his girlfriend (now fiancee, Congratulation to Barry & Yisha!) via AskJeeves’ search results page. He asked his girlfriend Yisha to search for her name, and above the search result was the image and text above: “Yisha, Will You Marry Me?”
The proposal is till there in the search results page, they even got the whole thing documented on their website. This kinda remind us of back in 2002, CmdrTaco of Slashdot proposed to his girlfriend using a Slashdot story, and she said “Yes” 15 minutes 30 seconds later.
