I really enjoyed one of this month’s featured show on Discovery Travel And Living channel entitled Decoding Ferran Adria. In this one-hour-sneak-peek of Anthony Bourdain’s (A Cook’s Tour) profile of Ferran Adria, you’d be amazed by Ferran Adria’s innovation in food, which is actually the combination of art, science and food.

For those who haven’t heard of Ferran Adria, he’s the chef and founder of El Bulli Restaurant in Spain. He’s perhaps the most important food innovator in the world today. In fact, he’s listed in the culinary category of TIME Magazine’s Time 100: The Next Wave (Innovators).
